KPN Selects Continuum Global Solution

KPN, the biggest telecommunications provider in The Netherlands, and Continuum Global Solutions have recently extended the existing strategic cooperation agreement for inbound customer experience activities and added outbound customer care & sales activities to the services provided at Continuum.

In recent times, both partners have invested significantly in the current collaboration model with the common goal of raising end-user overall customer satisfaction, adding value and lowering end-to-end costs. The long-term commitment and expansion of the portfolio in which both organizations work together is a good result. By combining inbound and outbound services with one partner, KPN significantly increases its flexibility and Continuum has a more extensive work package available for its own employees.
